What a great product! The color is jet black. The texture is velvety and smooth. It applies very easily. It has a twist bottom, so no need to deal with any messy sharpeners. But, my favorite part of this product is the way it wears throughout the day. In the morning, while applying the product, I smudged it around a little, as I do with all my eyeliner as I prefer that look to the sharp lines of a liquid liner. Throughout the day, it just stayed put, did not weather out or flake off or anything weird. Then, as I have a dinner to go to tonight, I applied a little more on top of what I had on from work today, and smudged it some more to get that classic rock n roll look I was going for. I just love the versatility of this eyeliner! Rating: Total 5/5
